Breaking News: Politicians Shocked to Learn That Democracy Actually Serves Them.

It’s hard to deny that democracy has become a kind of religion, with citizens across the globe clamoring for the holy grail of freeness and fairness and singing penguins. But let’s face it: democracy is really just a system that favors politicians, not the people they’re supposed to serve.

Think about it: politicians can spend millions of dollars on their campaigns, make empty promises, and still win elections. Once they’re in office, they can continue to feather their own nests with perks and kickbacks while the rest of us foot the bill. So why do we keep buying into this illusion of democracy? It’s like we’re all sheep, blindly following the herd even though we know the wolves are waiting in the wings with red blood teeth.

But what if there’s another way? What if we could disrupt the political market just like Bitcoin disrupted finance? What if we could find a system that truly empowers the people, not just the politicians?

Some might argue that we need democracy to keep our leaders accountable. But let’s be real: politicians are masters of spin and can easily dodge questions or shift the blame when things go wrong. It’s like trying to pin Jell-O to the wall or making pap with cold water.

We could take a page from the tech world and try a decentralized system of governance. Think of it like a giant, global hackathon where anyone can contribute their ideas and expertise to solving the world’s problems. Sure, it might sound crazy, but is it any crazier than our current system of democracy? At least with a decentralized system, we’d all have a say in how things are run, not just the politicians and their cronies.

So let’s stop blindly worshipping at the altar of democracy and start exploring new ways of moving civilization forward. Who knows? We might just find a better way. And if we don’t, we can always just blame the politicians.
